Transfer Your Mobile Phone Contacts with Verizon Wireless

Transfer your contacts online is easy and quick. Before transferring your contacts, you need to make sure whether your current and new phone have installed Back Assistance Plus. If you have a My Verizon account, sign in and go to the Backup Assistant Media Store page (See Reference Links 2) to see if Backup Assistant is available for your device. Please follow the listed instructions to backup your contacts.

    I went 2 days in a row now to get help with turning on my replacement phone and having them transfer my contacts and pictures, etc. from my old phone to my new phone. They got the phone activated for me but did not transfer any of the stuff from my old phone to my new phone for me. I do not understand how to do it from your explanation of doing it. So now I am stuck with nothing having been transferred from my old phone to my new phone and have to do all my contacts manually. Does anyone in your stores who are not busy doing anything else listen to what the customer asks them to do for them? I am really upset right now about it all. I have been paying for this new phone all along since it was stolen and should get better assistance from your employees then what I received today and let alone hurry up and wait yesterday at your Verizon store at the Northtown Mall in MN. So I go to your store on Lake St. and Colfax Ave today and they were not even busy but they did not do as I had asked them to do, because apparently all’s they want to do is stand around and chit chat with one another there. So now I am going to have to go to the Roseville store in MN, and have them do it for me, as they seem to be the only store that cares about helping their customers!!!! I have been put thru enough run around and this does work right with your Assurian insurance claim not going thru online, etc.. Since having my phone stolen and having insurance on it I am having to pay out way more money then it all has been worth in the long run. They do not cover the shatter proof glass let alone the case that I paid for when I purchased the phone, so now I have been having to pay for all of those costs all over again as well for what I consider to be an over priced phone to begin with. I thought I was getting the phone for $239.00 only to find out that I was stuck ending up paying over $700.00 for said phone. What a rip off you people are!!!!
