This customer survey is designed to learn your opinions and feedback. By answering questions in the survey, you should express your comments based on your recent shopping experience. It only takes a few minutes and by finishing it, you are entered into a sweepstakes automatically and can have a chance to win $100 gift card.

  • The survey is open to legal residents of U.S. who are 18 years of age or older.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win, and making purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

    Kim H. store 1485 stopped me after checkout to advise I hadn’t taken advantage of a “buy 2 get 2 free” offer. When i told her they were out of stock she had a co-worker go to the stockroom and find the additional items for me. Really appreciated that.

    YOU HAVE SOME WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES AT THE SAFEWAY STORE IN GREELEY ON 47TH AVENUE. STORE #2666. Scotty and Kendra, are great employees.

    I have a couple of complaints however, one is you need to order and put on your shelves,
    Decaf K-cups. You use to see it but how I see all regular coffee with the exception of one
    brand, I have to go elsewhere to get my decaf. Sure would be convenient if you would stock it. Also if you want us to do a survey, get a simple one figured out so we can. One is way
    to detailed and asks too many personal questions. You do not need to know my income, if I own a home, what meds I use, etc. That is NONE of your business. Also you do not need to know the age of the customers, way too personal.

    Store 994 does not have many checkout clerks. I waited over 10 minutes to check out for only one item and that wait time was short. Many times going to this location the lines are half way down the isles. I am not the only one complaining in lines. My wife has called the head office in Pleasanton to complain with no results.

    To whom who it may concern, I would just like to give special thanks to manager Lisa Lewis and Laura. I went through self-checkout on Thursday the 17th of October. I made a purchase of 10 dollars and got 60 dollars back. I was talking to the clerk that I got 60 dollars back in cash. I went to walk out the door and then I thought, “I didn’t get my 60 dollars”. So I returned to the self-checkout and talked to the clerk and told her I didn’t get my 60 dollars from the dispenser. She looked at my receipt and told me that the machine had given me 60 dollars. She also said that it wasn’t Safeway’s responsibility to give me my 60 dollars back. I told her that the man behind me must have taken my money. She said that there was nothing she could do and that I should see the manager about it. The manager went into the office and took a look at the cameras. She came out and told me that the customer behind me had stolen my 60 dollars. She said she was sorry about it and once again was nothing she could do. I informed her that I was on my way to the Raider football game and that it was my money to spend at the raider game and that now I wasn’t sure I could still go. I told her at that I was a pastor and that the devil attacks pastors too. She said I’m sorry and I would like you to go to the game, she couldn’t give me all my money back but I could have 30 back. So she gave me half of what was stolen, and I thank her so much for that. I appreciate her and I wanted to let her managers know that she didn’t have to help me but she did. I know 30 dollars may not seem like a lot to others but it was a lot to me. So after I left Safeway. I went to the game, and I got to see one of the most greatest raider games ever. After the game in the parking lot, I told my friends that I tailgate with how close I came to not being able to go see the game. Because of the store manager at the store gave me 30 dollars back it made my day. Thank you.

    We have the best staff at Our pharmacy here in Coos Bay Oregon. There is so much information, they give here Al is a great customer service person really cares about you as a individual.

    Our local store is # 1449, located in Wenatchee Washington. I would rate the store at the highest level, customer service is excellent! All of the employees are great to deal with, I shopped there yesterday, my cashier was Sherry, she’s one of the best..but I like them all. Overall it is always a positive experience.

    I usually go to Safeway in Sahuarita on Duval Mine Road. The Green Valley store would be closer to my house, but that store is very dirty. I like this one much better

    I WAS SO ANGRY FOR THE FIFTH TIME WHEN I CAME OUT OF MY LOCAL SAFEWAY STORE LOCATED IN FLORENCE OREGON 97439. THE DELI STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNCARING. WHEN I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK TO COMPLAIN, THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JUST SAID ” HUMM” AND TURNED HER HEAD AS IF TO SAY WELL SO WHAT!!!!
    NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY I GO INTO THE STORE, THE DELI IS UNDERSTAFFED AND THE PRODUCTS ARE CRAPPY. GO TO ANOTHER STORE YOU SAY, I LIVE 4 BLOCKS AWAY AND DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE TO THE OTHER END OF TOWN FOR FOOD TO TAKE ON THE JOB WITH ME.
    PLEASE ADVISE MANAGEMENT AT THIS STORE THAT THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I DO NOT APPRECIATE RUDENESS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE PLEDGED LEGENDARY SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    I shop at Safeway store 3255 and have found the employees to be courteous, friendly and helpful. I can actually say that I enjoy shopping at that store.

    I’ve always enjoy shopping at the Safeway in Federal Way, Wa. The customer service is awesome When I could’nt locate or reach an item there was always a store assistant close by to help me.

    When I need to pay for my groceries the cashiers was cheerful and helpful.

    ALWAYS have had a problem back in the deli in the chehalis store3525 customers had a hard time getting help the women they now have hired male’s and those guys have things running so nice it’s the frist time in fifteen years that people are being taken care of so soon as those young guys can get to them it is so nice to know that your not going to get ignored if you go to the deli and you see that one of the young gentleman is working otherwise I just keep going pass it

    I was at the lincoln city Safeway and David from the bakery was very friendly and helpful I asked if it was possible to t peanut butter and oatmeal cookies in the assortment of gourmet cookies. He said sure and fixed up a package and smiled was very positive about it. He has helped me before and was the same smile and superior attitude. Thank you for that David.
