Troubleshooting MyCheckFree App
Some users experience issues logging in or viewing bills on MyCheckFree app. Please update your app as soon as the latest version comes out. The current app works on Android 2.3, iOS 5.0 and up so you need to update Android and iOS too.
You can also try to clear cache if you are using Android phones and see if it does the work. If not, send an email to and ask for support or call for help. It would be even greater if you can share your solutions to the app issues and leave a comment. More users will benefit from your wit.
