In London, several local authorities and housing associations have reached an agreement to forge a partnership organization named Choice Homes UK(CHUK) to promote housing service for customers. - Biding for a property. By ‘bid’ ELLC simply means to apply for a property. Before biding, choose an available property. Properties are advertised every Friday on this website and in the Choice Homes magazine (for Newham, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Havering, Barking and Dagenham and East Thames). Properties are advertised every Wednesday for London and Quadrant and Family Mosaic housing associations. Then you can bid either by phone, internet, kiosks or text. - Private possibility. They sometimes have properties available for rent from some of the Accredited Landlords across east London. Things are all between you and letting agents. ELLC warns you to check the accuracy of information about properties provided by landlords carefully.
