    we come to Bluewater at least 3 times a week, because we are getting on in life (old ) me and my husband buy all cloths there as it easy for us to get around, as well as getting a cup of coffee and a piece cake

    I love shopping at Bluewater. There is a good selection of shops and lots of places to eat, have a coffee or just sit. The staff are analysis helpful and direct you to the shop that you want. Love the Christmas Decorations inside and out.

    Only second visit to Bluewater but was pleasantly surprised once I had got parked. Parking difficult as extremely busy,I guess it was a Saturday. Once inside the shopping centre it was very pleasant to walk about comfortably, though very busy. Shopping went from the usual to the unusual,the usual being the regular shops and the unusual being the Porsche/ Tesslar/ Hyundai stores which were very busy. No shortage of shops but will have to come earlier next time as there’s a lot to see. Only one small niggle, that being, not very well signposted to Bluewater from M25.

    I asked a few questions to the man at the bus station and I would like you to know how very pleasant and helpful he was. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a really cheery person. his name was John. His range of knowledge was exceptional.

    Simy and Jack B at The Bluewater Information Centre managed the ‘impossible’. Background information – my husband was having a blood transfusion and I am expecting a new grandchild anytime that will entail me dashing down to look after the family. I arrived frazzled at Bluewater to meet a friend to retrieve goods I had left at his house. I had left my phone behind and wasn’t quite sure where I was to meet him. Simy could see I was distraught when I asked her the time and she offered me a phone to try and contact someone who would be able to find the friend. Unbelievably and due to their kindness and understanding I found my friend, retrieved the missing items and had a few minutes to shop!

    We met Kerry asking about the whereabouts of Jacques Vert fashion store not found anymore on Bluewater store plan.
    We were impressed with the help and alternatives on offer … with a smile !

    Hi, I would just like to take time out to say how wonderful it is to shop at Bluewater. Everyone is so helpful, if staff see you looking at the map to find where you need to go they are always at hand to help. I left my car keys in the toilet on one visit and they were found by a toilet attendant and handed in at lost property…thankfully! Staff that sell the gift cards are wonderfully helpful too, reminding me that Christmas gift cards are ready to go! Thank you to all at bluey! ????

    I am a regular visitor to Bluewater as I live locally. I find the shopping centre to be clean and facilities are good. There are plenty of restaurants and places to rest. There is ample parking, and the surrounding grounds and well kept and pleasant to visit.

    I was dippapointed that the arena was not sucessful. We were expecting it to be like a mini O2, but for some reason it didn’t seem to take off. There didn’t appear to be any well known bands or shows there, and as a local, I wasn’t aware of anything being advertised.

    Blue water is very very nice there is all kind of shops. There is every shop and things you can imagine.It is also a very big place its just so so nice i LOVE BLUE WATER.

    Bluewater is a great meeting place to meet family and friends who need a bit of retail therapy and afterwards a lot of eating places to relax and chat! Have been a regular visitor since it opened. Easy to get to and helpful staff (especially Michael!).

    Only a small thing, but whilst at Bluewater we remembered that we had a relative’s significant birthday coming up and we wanted to get a suitable card. As we approached the information board outside John Lewis a gentleman standing beside it, whose name we learned subsequently was Michael, asked if we needed any help and I said we needed card shops (and advised him we’d already looked in John Lewis and had not found anything we liked). Without hesitation he advised us of the location of Clintons and the Card Hall, pointed out also that M & S currently had a nice range of cards and that if all these failed there was always Paperchase on the upper level.
    Our shopping experience in Bluewater is always a joy. My wife is wheelchair disabled and there is never any issue with parking, or negotiating traffic hazards as I’m pushing her around, and we almost invariably find what we’re looking for in the wide variety of stores available.
    Our experience on this occasion was enhanced by ‘Michael’ whose knowledge and friendly style of delivery is an asset, which should be cherished by those by whom he is employed.

    Bluewater is a lovely place to shop. Its not difficult to get ther by bus. The information center is very effective and the lady there is very warm. Also lots of sales in the shops. I will always shop there.

    love Bluewater! my only problem is that quite often I find the Centre is to hot and fills a bit humid. I would also like to say thanks too the office reception who managed to get my parking fine squashed . I had parked my car in disable parking bay but my badge had fallen to the side and you could only see a bit of it, but the parking firm didn’t want to listen why it had happened

    I went to blue water for first time
    I arrive to fire alarms going off
    I was allow into centre after it was safe
    As a disabled person it was nice to meet Tracey in her orange vest which was great for me as I have seeing problem I could see her right away
    I was looking for a shop she took her time to take me to the shop
    Keep the orange vest
    Only one thing is food hall let the day down no member staff would help me to carry my tray for me as I a walking stick and finding a seat was worse family taking up seats before buying food
    It was Friday

    Hi I had an eye appointment at 11-30 on the day of the storms and the day of Bridge being closed. I did make the appointment on time. The traffic was just horrendous around that area.

    I was very impressed with the information provided by the concierge and also the live Camera screens showing what was going on. As a result I decided to watch a film amongst other things to kill some time. I did leave Bluewater that evening at 10-30 and drove home to Colchester without any major delays.

    I would like to thank Sarah H from the Concierge again for her excellent service which she provided on that very long day.
